2. How long have you been in business?

We have been in business since 2009

3. Is your business online, or a physical location or both?

Our business is online and located at 316 East 63rd Street in the Martha Graham Dance Studio.

4. What do you enjoy most about running your business/site?

It is extremely reward working with children that both special needs and non-special needs. The look a child gives you when they grasp the yoga pose or breath is like a birthday party for them. They want to share the accomplishment over and over again and build such self-awareness and esteem.

5. Is there a favorite product or service that you offer?

I feel all of the classes are amazing and provide an incredible outlet for children in NYC to play, learn self-awareness, and develop patience.

6. Anything else you would like to share about your business? Being a working Mom? Etc…

I started this practice to help my daughter with her physical mobility challenges. Working with her and seeing the remarkable improvements through yoga exercise inspired me to continue with the practice and to help other children find self-confidence while having fun through new and exciting activities.
